Data Deletion Requests

If you would like your CourtFlow account data removed, contact our team and include the email used for your account.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email support@pb-tournaments.com with subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  2. Provide your account email and, if applicable, tournament IDs to remove.
  3. We may request verification before processing the deletion.

What Is Deleted

  • Account profile data and tournament ownership mappings.
  • Stored push notification tokens associated with your account/device.
  • Associated customer records where required by policy.

Retention Exceptions

Certain records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial reconciliation.
